1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using BIRAMY Galaxy, including our website, augmented reality try-on features, account tools, closet features, saved looks, recommendations, product links, and related services.

By accessing or using BIRAMY Galaxy, users agree to these Terms. If a user does not agree with these Terms, they should not use BIRAMY Galaxy.

2. Experimental Platform

BIRAMY Galaxy is an experimental and developing augmented reality shopping and styling platform. Features may change over time as the platform develops.

The website, AR previews, product data, saved looks, closet features, recommendations, links, and other services may contain errors, interruptions, delays, inaccurate previews, missing product information, unavailable features, or technical issues.

We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any feature or part of BIRAMY Galaxy at any time.

3. AR Try-On and Styling Previews

Virtual try-on features are provided for visual guidance, creativity, exploration, and entertainment only. AR previews are approximate and may not perfectly represent real-world size, fit, colour, texture, lighting, placement, movement, comfort, or how an item will appear in person.

Users should not rely on AR previews as a guarantee of exact real-world results. Final product decisions should be made using the retailer's official product information.

4. Accounts and Security

Some features may require users to create an account or sign in. Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for all activity that occurs through their account.

Users should not share passwords, access tokens, or account access with others. Users should contact us if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

5. User Content, Saved Looks, and Closet Items

Users may be able to save closet items, create looks, capture images, upload content, or interact with styling features. Users are responsible for the content they choose to save, upload, create, or share through BIRAMY Galaxy.

Users should only upload, save, or share content that they have the right to use. Users should not upload images of other people unless they have permission to do so.

Users keep ownership of their own content. By using features that involve saving, uploading, or sharing content, users give BIRAMY Galaxy permission to process, display, store, copy, adapt, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the selected features.

6. Purchases and Retailer Responsibility

Any purchase made through BIRAMY Galaxy, through links displayed on BIRAMY Galaxy, or after using BIRAMY Galaxy is a transaction between the user and the relevant retailer, seller, brand, or third-party provider.

BIRAMY Galaxy does not control retailer pricing, inventory, product availability, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, customer service, product quality, or fulfilment. Users should review the retailer's own terms, policies, and product information before making a purchase.

7. Product Information

Product information, including prices, availability, sizing, colours, materials, images, retailer information, delivery details, return details, and product descriptions may change.

We aim to provide useful product and styling information, but we do not guarantee that all product information is complete, current, accurate, or available at all times.

BIRAMY Galaxy may display affiliate links, sponsored placements, advertising, retailer links, or promotional content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their misuse of BIRAMY Galaxy, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time as BIRAMY Galaxy develops, as features change, or as legal requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use of BIRAMY Galaxy after updated Terms are posted means users accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, unless a user's local mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Because BIRAMY Galaxy may be accessed globally, users may also have rights under the laws of their own region that cannot be waived by these Terms.
